According to Article 13, Sections 1 and 2, of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 dated 27.04.2016 regarding the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, Official Journal of the EU, L 119/1 dated 4.05.2016, Kubu Tomasz Ostrowski as the Data Controller of personal data for the User, being a natural person (data subject), provides the following information.
General Provisions
The owner of the online store and the Personal Data Administrator in the online shop aslandynamics.com is the company Kubu Tomasz Ostrowski, Spółdzielców 15/3 72-006 Mierzyn Poland, NIP: 8512818995 REGON: 386248057.
User's personal data is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 29th August 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended) and the Act on the provision of electronic services of 18th July 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended).
The Administrator exercises special diligence to protect the interests of persons whose data pertains to and ensures that the collected data is processed lawfully.
Purpose and Scope of Data Collection
The aim of processing personal data is to execute online orders and enable post-sale contact for issues such as complaints, return handling, receiving contract withdrawal, and utilizing discounts assigned to the customer's account, as well as promotions.
The condition for fulfilling an order placed on aslandynamics.com is the acceptance of the TERMS and the conscious consent to the processing of personal data.
During account registration, the User independently sets a password to their User Account in the Online Store and provides the following information:
- First and last name,
- Email address,
- Phone number,
- Tax ID (in case of company registration),
- Company name,
- Shipping and billing address.
These details can be independently modified by the User after logging into their User Account or through contact with Kubu Tomasz Ostrowski.
You have rights related to your personal data, including the right to control the processing of data concerning you, included in the Administrator's data set, and particularly the right to request complementing, updating, rectifying personal data, temporarily or permanently halting its processing, or deletions if they are incomplete, outdated, false or have been collected unlawfully or are no longer necessary for realizing the purpose for which they were gathered.
In connection with personal data processing, these personal data may be transferred to the company handling our servers based on a data processing agreement: OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.
These data are not transferred to other third parties but can be disclosed upon request and demand of authorized bodies, such as police, prosecutor's office, court.
Personal data will be processed until consent is withdrawn and afterwards, for the duration of the statute of limitations on claims entitled to the data administrator and against him.

In the event a User with an account in the Online Store loses their access password in any way, the Online Store allows for creating a new password. The User's password is stored in the database in an encrypted form, preventing its reading.
The Online Store never sends any correspondence, including electronic mail, requesting login details or an access password to the User's Account. Such details are also not provided via telephone.
